What is Soft Play?

Soft play refers to a specially designed indoor and outdoor play experience that provides a safe, cushioned environment for young children to enjoy active play. Our soft play areas are meticulously crafted to ensure fun and safety for your little ones.

 

How Often is the Equipment Cleaned?

At Posh, we prioritize cleanliness and safety with our meticulous cleaning policy. Our soft play equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized both before setup for your party and again before storage, ensuring a hygienic play environment.

 

What Ages are Appropriate for Soft Play?

​Our Posh soft play equipment is specifically designed for children aged 0-6 years. In addition, we offer a variety of ball pits suitable for events of all ages, including birthdays, corporate gatherings, weddings, and more!

 

Is a Deposit Required?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit of the total invoice upon booking to secure your reservation.

 

How Does the Deposit & Payment Process Work?

The deposit is paid on the day you confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your event. Please note that excessive damage during the rental may incur an additional charge.

 

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations submitted at least 45 business days before the remaining balance date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period will forfeit the deposit.

 

How Long is the Rental?

All rentals are available for up to 4 hours, our latest pick ups will be done before 10:00 pm. nless otherwise arranged in advance.

Are There Any Delivery Fees/Service Charges?

A delivery fee will apply for locations more than 30 miles from our facility.

 

How Can I Prepare My Play Area Before Posh Arrives?

To ensure the ideal play area, please prepare a level, well-maintained grassy surface if outdoors. Clear the area of any animal droppings, sticks, rocks, or debris. Please note, we will not set up on dirt or mud. If there are sprinklers nearby, make sure they are turned off prior to setup.

 

What Information Should I Provide to Posh for a Smooth Setup?

While most setups go smoothly, knowing the layout of your venue can help us navigate any challenges. Highlight potential obstacles such as narrow pathways, stairs, landscaping features, sprinkler systems, excessive distances from parking to the venue, and venue hours that might affect setup and teardown.

What is Your Weather Policy?

For safety reasons, we do not set up outdoors in the event of rain or inclement weather. Please ensure you have an alternative location ready. If weather conditions are unfavorable and no alternate location is provided, we will not set up, and the deposit will not be refunded. However, you are welcome to reschedule for another date.
